I am a woman who will not allow a number to tell my story. Neither my age nor what’s on a scale. I allow my body to tell me what it needs and desires- and I listen.
When I was approaching 40, I was actually excited to start this decade. All my experiences, amazing friends, strong family relationships, my daughter, energy, physical fitness, solid partnership with my husband, and health were telling me these are going to be the best years yet. I don’t want to look back nor go back. I want to move forward.
Challenges with getting pregnant brought me to where I needed to be with my health. When I became pregnant, my daughter was the motivating WHY I make the choices that are part of my life. From the day she was born I vowed to have energy, desire, passion, and true health to be the best mother, wife, and woman possible. To teach her and inspire her to also see true health is the most important thing in life.
To be the best woman possible, one has to have balance. To achieve that balance, sometimes we need help. I can be that person that helps and supports you through this amazing and challenging time in your life.
As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my passions include women’s health along with specialties in fertility and prenatal health.
